Dhriti’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, with experience advising companies and funds on mergers and acquisitions, early-stage investments, and corporate governance matters.

She received an LL.M. in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law, where she served as a Graduate Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business and Graduate Research Fellow with the Pollack Center for Law & Business. She earned her B.B.A. LL.B.(Hons) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2022 and previously practiced at a corporate law firm in Mumbai, India.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
