Elisha Marquez

Elisha graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a B.A. in International Relations and Italian. Elisha Marquez advises clients at all stages of their growth on a range of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, formation, investments, M&A, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Brubaker Law, Elisha practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP as part of the corporate group. Elisha earned her J.D. at Berkeley Law and graduated with a certificate in business law. Elisha did substantial pro bono work on immigration matters as Co-Chair of the East Bay Dreamers Project and partnered with the East Bay Community Law Center to provide legal services to undocumented immigrants. She also served as an articles editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
Elisha graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a B.A. in International Relations and Italian. Before starting her legal career, Elisha worked as a management consultant, advising business strategy for senior-level executives in top-10 leading pharmaceuticals and prominent technology firms. She also interned at NASA JPL, where she conducted climate change research for the Water and Carbon Cycles group and physics research for the Mission Environments group.
Elisha is a member of the State Bar of California.
